"Some time ago, I was watching the National Geographic channel on television. I saw on the screen a tiny little fish merrily swiming along. Suddenly an enormous fish -perhaps fifty times its size- came in from behind and just gobbled up the tiny one. I thought: that is the meaning of life- life happens and life ends. No one need to be concerned about sin and guilt, past and future: no regrets about the past, no expectations for the future. This is enjoying the shanti of Nirvana while participating in the samsara of dukkha. Whatever happens is God's will."
